Congolese playwright, socio-political activist, and University of Kinshasa Professor Thierry Nlandu will be interviewed by host Julia Goldrosen. Nlandu is the Executive Secretary of the Provincial Government in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), and teaches Anglo-American literature at the University of Kinshasa. He is a founding member of the theater group Groupe Amos in Kinshasa. Thierry Nlandu will be visiting MIT April 7 - 25 for the Abramowitz Artist-in-Residence Program.
