Rod Picott and Amanda Shires Perform Live on WMBR's Lost Highway Program

Songwriter and performer, Rod Picott, first met fiddler and singer Amanda Shires three years ago at the Folk Alliance Conference in Austin. Since then they've performed world wide and released their beautiful debut, duet cd, "Sew Your Heart With Wires" at the very end of last year. They'll be in town to play the same evening as Paul Burch on Monday the 24th at Club Passim (8pm). Tune in this morning for a preview of that show as they talk about their music and the present tour, as well as playing us a few songs. They'll be on about 9:30.
