Jen D'Angora & Jordan Valentine and Session Americana Join WMBR's 3 Ring Circus Program

4:00 PM: Interview with Jen D'Angora (Downbeat 5, The Dents) and Jordan Valentine (Sunday Saints). Recently Jen's been mining her 60s soul diva with her new outfit Jenny Dee & the Deelinquents. We'll talk with Jen about the new release and her CD release at TTs later in the evening. Jordan Valentine will come along and update us on what she's up to and who knows what other surprises we'll slip in. 5:00 PM: Boston Music Award Winners for Best Folk Act (2005) and Best Roots Act (2006), Session Americana sit tightly around a small cafe table and make beautiful acoustic music. The six core members of the band have brought enviable careers worth of experience to the "table", featuring (current and former) members of Treat Her Right, Patty Griffin, Lori McKenna, and more. The band now scattered across the globe converge in the area and will make their debut stop on 3RC. We're thrilled they'll sit around the WMBR mics.
