The 90s were tough for advancing the Gay Rights movement, with "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" and the "Defense of Marriage Act" setting the US back in providing civil rights for all, but there was a boom in mainstream LGBTQ music and arts, so we hit the catwalk in a muddy pair of birkenstocks to highlight the pop-culture mix that was spinning its way through the years of the Bill Clinton Administration.
