Leona Naess Joins WMBR's 3 Ring Circus Program

Leona Naess has a voice that's haunting and eloquent and man, did she do great at the Opera House when she opened for Ray LaMontagne recently. When she was in town, she dropped by Kimchee Records studio, run by WMBR alum and producer extraordinaire Andy Hong to hang and play before her gig. Andy convinced her to share the session with WMBR and provide some insight into the songs. Naess performs songs from her new record "Thirteen" (Verve) which is a collection of lo-fi recordings she has collected in the last couple years as she returns to playing music full-time. We present this exclusive intimate session to WMBR listeners at around 5pm.
